Book a Lesson
Pre-Taking Lessons
As a scheduling courtesy, students may book any available lesson slots in my calendar before cancelling a regularly scheduled lesson. This option is intended to help prevent missed learning opportunities and maintain consistent progress.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Lesson times are fixed. Calendar times cannot be adjusted or moved once booked.
- Cancelling a future lesson: If you are cancelling a specific future lesson, please indicate the date of the lesson you are cancelling on the calendar booking form. There is no need to send a separate email. If no cancellation date is provided, the lesson will be considered banked for future use.
- Schedule changes: I reserve the right to modify or cancel existing bookings when necessary to accommodate new students or changes to my personal schedule.
- Use of banked lessons: Banked lessons must be used by May 1, 2027. At that time, I will contact you by email to arrange for any remaining banked lessons to be used in place of your regularly scheduled lessons.
Additional Scheduling Information
If you do not see a suitable available time in the calendar, please check your school schedule for early dismissals, professional development days, and other school holidays.
If you would like to arrange a lesson during one of these times, please email me at least 3 weeks in advance so I can determine whether I am able to accommodate the request.
Please note that I only teach on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Lessons are not available on any other days of the week.
